My two year old loves going to the doctor. She can hardly wait untill it is her turn to be seen. Dr. Ortiz always addresses her individually and makes her feel at ease. He is caring and dedicated to listening and answering all questions. Also remarkably he remembers the paitient and family memebers - he always tells me to tell my husband and grandma all is well. Although the wait can be long and the waiting room can get cramped he is an excellent doctor.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on my child and it makes me feel repected.
