Dr Lewis Jassey is a great doctor but the front desk needs to be worked on . They lose messages and they are nasty when you have a question . Exspecially the gray haired lady . She pretends to be on the phone every time i come in so she doesnot have to talk to me . If he ever leaves i would find a new place to take my children .

This place is dirty, over crowded, and mis managed. Some of the doctors were good however, if you could get to see one. Never ever saw Jassey there after being brought in to meet him before my wife gave birth. They have taken on way too many kids to be offering quality care to everyone. Had multiple issues with doctors returning calls, even when contacted on the emergency line. Once we were called back to the office after the 9 mo check up because something went wrong with some blood work and they weren't even sure what he needed and were asking me what exactly he was there for. Is this some sort of joke? To top it off they attempted to take blood from my kid in a converted broom closet turned sample lab, and when the head nurse saw us in there we got moved into the receptionist rotunda, where people were paying, and making new appointments all around us ?!?! We were once again moved into another part of the office after someone else finally deemed the lobby an unacceptable place to draw blood. Highly amusing if my childs health was not at stake here. Anyway, I just picked my kid up and walked out the door. Ive been in better run high school cafeterias. The icing on the cake was that some nurse called and apologized and said that Dr Jassey would be calling later in the day to discuss what happened. Low and behold he never called, which I think perfectly sums up the modus operandi here.
