Not only is Dr. Chachko frequently unprepared and disorganized (she has lost my file on more than one occasion and couldn't remember my name after a year's worth of monthly visits), she is wholly incompetent as a psychiatrist. During my almost two years of seeing her, she has not once shown any semblance of ability to diagnose or treat problems, and has never provided anything but the most superficial of insights. On top of that, her staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, and she frequently cancels appointments at the last minute. I will not be going back, and I would advise you to find a better qualified physician.

I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments.
