They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room. I've had to wait longer at other places, but it was still too long. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They were only willing to spend the minimum amount of effort to help me.

You will have his ideals/medications forced upon you without consideration to your concerns/wants

The doctor never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I felt very safe in hiscare. I appreciated his explaining my treatment's risks and benefits.
