I am grateful to Dr. Kastenbaum for the best possible experience in replacing my two knees. The first one, on October 10, 2017, and the other on January 2, 2018. Precision work. Outstanding infection prevention and control. Radiology staff in own office, courteous and knowledgeable.

By April 2018, I was walking perfectly well, practically forgetting that I had surgery. Pain management was effective and medication was prescribed at reasonable levels and required well below the anticipated.

His PA Peter Wolney is one of the hardest working professionals I have met. The entire team is professionally superb. Only once, I had to wait for hours, to be seen, due to patient overflow. This should be corrected, as it seems that they could use additional assistance in processing legal reporting requirements.

Hospital patient preparation excellent. Attention warm and dedicated. Actual post op stay remarkable. I have recommended two patients to his care and the results have been awesome as well.

I have worked in international Public Health programs and development. My opinion should be considered not only from a customer satisfaction perspective. My views are based on decades of standards and policy control.

Doctor is efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Treatment at his office is greatly enhanced by PA, Peter Wolney, with whom I spent the bulk of valuable face time!
