You cannot make an appointment thank the Gods for that!!! He only works for insurance companies and the Dept of labor. He will go against whatever services your doc said you need. I saw him a second opinion doc US Dept of Labor. MRI shows complete tear of labrum. His physical exam of me wwere all test related to nerve damage. Good luck if you ever have to see him its been a long hual for me.

LEON SULTAN ONLY DOES IME'S HE IS NO LONGER WORKING AT ANY HOSPITAL DOING SURGERY, I CHECKED WITH HIS OFFICE ABOUT THIS. HE WORKS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND LIES ABOUT HOW YOU ARE DOING. I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH WORKERS COMP AND THE STATE ABOUT HIM.
