The physicians themselves were kind and knowledgeable, however, the office is run very poorly. My disability company company contacted them after faxing them paperwork to complete and they told them there is no way to confirm that they received it "because it's a big office and we have paper everywhere". And this was AFTER they contacted me to get a $10 payment for them to fill out this paperwork. To add insult to injury, they then mailed the paperwork to me rather than faxing, thus delaying my disability. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
