I think I will start by saying that I had called your office a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Sandy. She was so helpful in getting a prescription filled for me as well as a question I had, and also setting up my appointment for my yearly checkup. She had one of your nurses call me back with the answer to my question, and it was done very promptly.

On June 1st of last week, I had an appointment at your office for my yearly checkup. Usually I am quite nervous. This time I had Tristin, one of your Nurse Practitioners. She was wonderful and made me feel very relaxed. Tristin was very gentle with the exam and pap smear. I didn't even realize that she was all finished. She was very sweet and kind. I hope I will be able to have her next year and for as long as she is with your office. Everyone there was so nice. They made me really feel at home and made me feel so relaxed and welcome. .

On June 8th, I had my mammogram. Debby, of your office, called me the very same day with my results. That was so incredible. I really appreciated her call. It took a load off my mind.

I feel that I was truly blessed to have such professional, kind, and truly great people taking care of me. I am sorry if I left anyone out. Thank you so much. They all deserve the very best--maybe a raise, office picnic or dinner, etc.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
Also, one of the nurses tends to be very rude to me. I think she figures because i'm young i must be stupid, and in need of a scolding. She insisted one of my medications had NO risks, even after i told her a friend of mine had a stroke while using it, too. I keep having to go back every couple months because there was part of the basic routine exam that they forgot to do, or didn't have time for. I'm going to look for a better office right away. I'm sick of this.
