Since Dr. Wilsch left the Rochester area, we have drive as far as we have to in order to see her. We drove to Skaneateles and now drive to Syracuse. She's worth every mile and every cent we spend in gas.

As she specializes in menopause, I have found nobody else willing to work with me in this area as compassionately and as efficiently as human possible. Dr. Wilsch talks TO her patients, not AT them, which probably comes from the fact that she was a nurse in the trenches before becoming a doctor. She has a marvelous sense of humor and never, EVER makes me feel as if she is rushed or too busy to stop and talk with me about anything I need to discuss with her.

If more doctors were like Dr. Wilsch, can you imagine what a health care system we would have?

I want to qualify my rating by saying that the only reason she doesn't have five FULL stars is only because you can't get in to see her quickly for routine exams. But that does not, nor should it reflect on the care that she provides. I'd like to think it's because a lot of people like her as much as I do.
