I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
