If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Nothing against Dr. Wong, she is wonderful. Her staff is rude & obnoxious. You would think they be more patient when dealing with pregnant women. If you're unhappy or voice any concerns, they will outright ask you to "move on" to another ob/gyn.

Doctor is great.

Staff is terrible, generally. Specifically, one chubby woman at the front desk who is rude and unfriendly, with a sour expression on her face always.

Also, there is supposedly a rule where husbands can only accompany their wives 3x to see the doctor. I have never heard of this - this is ludicrous. When I asked to talk to the doctor about it, the chubby woman became even more unfriendly and rude, and blocked my access to the doctor.

We're basically looking to change doctors due to the staff.
