They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. It's shocking how little they seem to care about paitent comfort. From my experience It appears as if paitents are treated like cattle. Overbrowded filthy waiting rooms and overworked staff provide little care or consideration of privavy. Paitents are never put first here. The Doctor is incredibly rude and seemed like he wanted me in and out as fast as possible. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I've never felt more uncomfortable with an OBGYN before. They were rude, unfriendly, and so unwelcoming.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
