I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.- They went completely out of the way for me. I had a bad experience once at another doctor. I told the nurse how I was nervous and she talked to Dr. Nguyen for me. Dr. Nguyen wanted to talk to me first in her office and explained exactly what was going to happen. She was very pleasant and helped me relaxed. I also told them I was finically struggling and did not have prescription insurance for birth control. The office called around to Plan Parenthood and Walmart looking for the best prices. I would recommend her to anyone.
