They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Dr Jacobson took my son, who had been to several specialists and gotten several different diagnoses, and finally diagnosed him correctly. With the correct diagnosis we were able to get him the correct medication. He no longer has a one to one aid in school, he has friends, and his reading and math skills are well above grade level. What an amazing turn around. He always makes himself available via email or phone if neccessary, when we o have to go to the office it is cheery, brief, prompt and professional. We travel two hours to get to him, and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
