Their staff is not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.. I definitely trust the doctor. I am never greeted at all by the office staff when I enter their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still do not acknowledge me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. the staff has the attitude "i really only want a pay check" but the doctor is great.
when you ask a staff member for information regarding insurance she offers to find out for you because she does not know and to call you back and when a week later you call them because they did not call back you get the pass the buck, i'mbusy and that is not my job
truthfully i know she never even tried to get the info but then said i'll have " ... "call you with the info and that call never comes either because she never did it
it is a shame because the doc is great- his staff isn;t
