Many people in my community know that Adirondack Neurosurgical Specialists are among the absolute best in their field. Their office is conveniently located and easy to find. Doctors Smith and Soults and their staff go above and beyond each time I am in their office. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember almost everything about me. I know that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other doctors have given up when they didn't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and Dr. Soults.

Dr. Smith consulted on my mom's case when she was admitted to the hospital after a serious car accident. He made sure every single question I had was answered (and I had a lot of them).

He did a great job of simplifying complex medical information and helping me to understand the injuries she sustained and how to best treat them. He clearly cares about all his patients and takes the time to share his knowledge in a caring and compassionate manner.
