Although Dr Last is a good doctor he seems to fall to recognize that his staff is sorely lacking in manners professional & follow up regarding all matters
They are rude unfriendly &'seem like they don't care & really don't want to be there
They are your first impression when you walk in the door yet nobody even smiles or greets you such a turnoff
Simple things cannot be expedited as a professional office operates I have never experienced ANY doctors office as inefficient as this office runs or I say crawls very slowly
A new professional staff that seems to be caring about the people they are supposed to be helping would be just what this doctor should be ordering
Again good doctor bad staff which reflexes on him in a very negative way
I find him good but his staff is sorely lacking & he should "clean house" & start finding good people that really care about performing the duties they are hired to do instead of lying to patients & not following through with simple office matters
