I am curious about the previous statement about the staff being "rude". I found the initial office secretary, the blood test technician, the scheduling nurse ALL to be supremely friendly. Dr. Rienzi is great, and although I was a new patient when I first phoned, they scheduled me within 48 hours. My blood test and prescription nurse phoned me promptly also. (Niskayuna office)
