It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
