Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. They never try and work around my work schedule and their hours are not convenient if you have a full-time job. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of.
