Secretarial staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. They don't take calls, only leave a voice-mail message they they might call you back. Getting a referral is harder than pulling teeth. Place is a factory with 30 appointments an hour. Doctor gives you a few minutes and pretends to know you. If his computer was off, he'd have no idea who you were or what your needs were. He may be a good doctor but hell if I can tell.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The doctor was referred to me by another of my doctors(who sees Dr Kobren personally). i thought i would have to wait months to see a doctor that sees other doctors as patients-I was wrong- he saw me the next day and treated me as if i was the most important patient of the day. He solved my problem in 2 minutes!! I wish I had seen him sooner! When I told my othe rdoctor about my experience, he told me that every patient Kobren sees says the same thing, thats why he is so busy
