I like the doctor and the PA, but the staff is HORRIBLE! They are rude when you call to make appointments. Not friendly at all when you go to the office. Have been going to Arbor Medical for about five years but will be looking for a new doctor now- can't take the rude staff any more. Liking the doctor doesn't outway the nasty staff.
