She deliberately misdiagnosed a patient with a severe back injury due to her anger at the patients family. She wrote incorrect assessment. She refused to refer this patient to a surgeon and told him "look one up in the phone book, maybe you will get an appointment in a few months". This patient required emergency surgery which was set up by the patients family and lost bladder control and was chair bound for months and still has some residual foot problem. Had we listened to her he would be permanently paralyzed. A letter of misconduct is in her health department file!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
