During my appointment, they thoroughly went over all of my questions, and I definitely felt a lot more knowledgeable afterwards. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I wasn't disappointed nor thrilled with the staff's friendliness. It seemed about average. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Dr. Loria is also empathetic and gentle.
