Dr. Bornstein did not know enough to answer my questions. He attacked me and accused me of being gay. He stated that he did not accept Gay patients into his practice to avoid proper health precautions.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were not met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
