They are WAY overbooked and the staff is not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I wasn't impressed with the staff's attitude. They weren't too friendly and didn't give me much of a welcome. Dr Fenster explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
