The incompetence is mind-boggling. No follow-up, incorrect information given, wrong medication given (which I'm allergic to and is clearly stated on my chart), wrong lab results read saying I had no infection when, in fact, I had a serious infection, and in the year I've been with this practice, I have NEVER seen the doctor, only PA's. Time to find a good doctor. Stay away from this place.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
