I love how attentive they are here. Dr. Pipia is completely thorough and very informative. My whole family sees him as well as some friends and everyone loves him! I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They go to great lengths to make sure I am completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They make sure every single question I have is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
