Very disappointing for the lack of sick visits available-NONE actually for both Thursday and Friday. I wanted to get in before the weekend and will now go to an urgent care center. I even called early when the office opened on Thursday morning.

Dr. Hendricks' nurse was inexperienced at triaging patients and was unprofessional. His nurse giggled after I stated I had bad chest congestion and was coughing up green phlegm this morning. She at least appologized and said, "I'm sorry, I wasn't laughing at you," In my professional opinion, she wasn't very empathic for being a nurse when someone doesn't feel well.

I rarely go to the doctor unless I'm really sick (I'm a RN with many years of experience). I like Dr. Hendricks but expected better appointment availablity and professionalism. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new doctor and I would not recommend this office due to my experience today when ill.
