I stopped seeing Susan Thys Jacobs several years ago due to her imperious attitude and hubris .. and a refusal to speak to me on the phone in a follow-up conversation. Her office insisted that I had to come in (and be charged again) for the visit -- that she doesn't take phone calls.

She was dismissive about my concerns .. and said "just do what I tell you." I'm an intelligent woman and I found this utterly unacceptible.
