I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
