I first went to Dr. Grossman in 1982 For my daughters diaper rash which Dr. Grossman said was not a diaper rash but eCZEMA. took care of the problem...then my son in 1988 had a $100.00 diaper rash that Dr. Grossman fixed. Then came the Mother of the children to have some things done and all was well. DR. GROSSMAN WAS AND IS AN EXCELLENT DR. I REALLY MISS HIS SENCE OF HUMOR. HIS STAFF ON THE OTHER HAND HAS TOLD ME BECAUSE HE DOES NOT ACCEPT INS. AND WHEN I LAST WENT , I HAD TO PAY MY BILL OFF ..THEY TOLDME I HAD TO PAY UP FRONT . I WAS VERY SAD BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD TO DO THAT. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE DR. AND THEY SAID HE IS VERY BUSY...SO I HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER DR. WITH A MORE HUMANE STAFF AND MY ADULT CHILDREN HAVE FOLLOWED ... DR. TRIEBER

I was told that Dr. Grossman is an excellent diagnostician and a terrible human being. His office staff are abrupt, failed to request that a blood lab fax results to him and then when the lab would not take a request from me as a patient refused to correct this error. In fact, they refused to send a written report of his observations of my case to my physician. This is highly unprofessional.

He was sure that he knew the source of the problem that I went to see him for and when tests proved that he was wrong he could not acknowledge his error.

He may sometimes be very clever but he is NOT a nice person and his staff seems to be terrified of him. I say this because when I told them that they need to request the blood tests be faxed to their office, they told me that they do not do this and Dr. Grossman is their boss and tells them what they can and can not do. They would not even listed to reason or facts.
