Absolute worst I have ever seen,Nasty,nasty man,Raises voice frequently,totally unprofessional.Never returns calls,then gets upset and yells more when you call his emergency number I would love to file a class action lawsuit against this nightmare pycho who has no right serving the mentally ill.
