Dr. Shaari is truly a phenomenal doctor--the kind that is very hard come by these days because he has that rare combination of both knowledge AND compassion! I was terrified of going to the ENT prior to Dr. Shaari because I had so many bad experiences (with multiple doctors) who were not gentle, rushed through exams that were often quite painful, and did not always treat my problems effectively. Dr. Shaari is extremely gentle and cares very much about his patients' level of comfort and well-being.

He is also a skilled surgeon who stays current with medical advancements. For my septoplasty, he used an innovative technique that didn't involve packing, and I believe that helped considerably in allowing me to recover much more quickly and comfortably than others I have come across who had the same procedure. I also could not have asked for better results. I haven't had a sinus infection in almost 6 months (after having one monthly for pretty much my entire life), and I'm still going strong. My breathing has improved dramatically and I feel so much better than I did before! Dr. Shaari is wonderful and I would very highly recommend him!

After waiting over an hour, he came in rushed and didn't introduce himself. he made me feel uncomfortable by seeming annoyed that i was SICK. When i began asking questions he told me i should see his friend in New York. They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Luckily several friends recommended Dr. Inouye whom i see now who is wonderful!
