We are so happy that our little guy has been under Dr. Sandy's care since he was born, he's 3 years old now, he's sweet and smart, a thriving boy because in part he's been her patient. She so gentle, patient and thorough, genuinely wants to see him healthy. She's also treated my husband and I well, with a partnership I never thought we could have, she respects that we know our son as well as she knows medicine, and she shares all her knowledge openly, she's really smart by the way and what she knows she applies to her patient's care quickly. Also, it's been apparent that not only our son is important to her, she's treats all her patients and their parents very well and I might add that the colleagues we've had to see that have worked with her say the same thing, she's an amazing physician. Thank you Dr. Sandy, you are!

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. My child hated this pediatrician so much that we no longer see them. Their bedside manner was atrocious. They shouldn't be dealing with kids. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
