I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
