Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable.
