THIS DOCTOR DESTROYED MY LIFE FOREVER, HE GAVE ECT THAT CAUSED BRAIN TRAUMA, I CAN'T FUNCTION ANY MORE, GOT TO APPLY FOR DISABILITY, I MO NOT SURE IF HE GAVE TO MY BRAIN A LOT OF AMPERES, VOLTS OF ELECTRICITY THAT CAUSED A BRAIN DAMAGE/BRAIN TRAUMA, I HAVE NOT FUNCTIONAL LIFE AFTER HE DESTROYED MY LIFE WITH ECT. HE MUST BE IN JAIL. HE FALSIFIED MY MEDICAL RECORDS.
