I have been dealing with depression and meds for it for many many years. unfortunately, many meds quit working for me after a while, from 6 months to 2 years. While I don't feel he is the most personable person, I feel Dr. Glass is superior in his knowledge of all meds on the market, expecially new meds, interactions both good and bad with the different meds and the best applications for them. I believe he spends a lot of time to remain current on aspects of his profession. He has definitely made life better for me since my concussion and the depression that followed..

I had to cancel one appointment because I was stuck in horrible traffic due to a bad accident and there was no way I was going to be able to make it. They charged me $140. I never missed or was late to a single appointment before that. That put me over the edge and I never went back. They are EXTREMELY unorganized. Horrible at scheduling appointments, no one seems to know whats going on. I called at 2pm to pay a bill once and they told me I would have to call back the next day because the billing dept had left already. He wasn't even that great of a doctor, his staff was horrible, and the charges were ridiculous. Don't waste your time, find somewhere else to go.
