They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
