Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called my name for my appointment.rge me $450 for IUD placement however when I contaced the insurance it is 100% coverd and when I got back to her she said you hae to buy the IUD and that is not a medication that does not make sense so patient either pay cash or she does not want do the procedure .
Dr.Mona was not clear about the insurance coverage she wanted to cha

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
