The staff is pretty unrealiable. I had asked to have my information sent to another office. And the first time I called I was not informed that I needed to fax an authorization and the new office was waiting for the information. The follow up phone call a couple weeks later said that they will fax it as soon as they received an authorization (this person was professional). When I called up to see if was received the person said that it wasn't before she even checked (this person was not professional). Another person interruppted her to say that it was. When she confirmed receipt of the authorization she said it couldn't even be sent off today. It isn't that hard to send off a fax. Dr. Magliaro is professional but the same could not be said for his staff.
