They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were great.
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
