This Dr is all about the money, he goes to the delivery rooms uninvited & without a prior consent & tries to scam patients about procedures that even the insurance companies consider not in compliance.. he is part of a network of scammers, we are reporting him to the BBB & possibly the DA's office , it's a shame now days someone like this guy with no integrity.. Calls himself a Doctor ,shame!!!!
