Dr.Courtney is a wonderful, compassionate, caring and attentive doctor. She always explains things in detail to me, encourages questions and I never feel rushed. She is everything one could want in a doctor. I trust her completely with my health care. However, her office staff are a disgrace. I'm not sure she realizes how poorly they reflect on her. All of them right on down the line are included from the receptionists, tech and office manager. Not one of them know the meaning of being friendly and courteous. It doesn't take a lot to treat another person as a human being and with respect. No one has the time to help you-all they are good at is transferring your call into the never ending loop of voicemail boxes they have set up. They are useless if you have a real problem. The biggest offender is Katherine. She has no regard for anyone beside herself. Condescending and hurtful are a few choice words that come to mind. I am a patient at this office and I dread calling and hearing her voice, knowing that anything I say or ask will turn into an argument with her. Please don't call the office if your having a problem that requires speaking with the doctor sooner then later--this office isn't for you :( Some changes need to be made asap. Very sad that I have to write a review like this.

The front desk people are absolutely nasty and mean.
.It makes me sick thinking about it and dread the day I have an appointment to see the doctor.
Doesn't know the meaning of being friendly and courteous. It doesn't take a lot to treat another person as a human being and with respect.
It is the main reason why I am looking for another doctor.

I hope that Dr. Courtney is aware of how nasty her front desk people are and hopefully makes some changes. Front desk person is the first contact and gives the first impression in any office.
I hope Dr. Courtney will take this as a constructive criticism. I like her as my doctor. I have no problem with her.
Hopefully she will receive or read this review.
