Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
