I went with my husband to see Dr. Rihacek today and was impressed with his professionalism, manners, and knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised to meet a doctor that knows what he's talking about and takes the time to talk to you with great interpersonal skills. This is truly a rare combination in doctors these days.

The office staff was inefficient, incorrect and nasty, with the exception of Michelle. They confirmed my appointment and then didn't tell me that they canceled it and put a new appointment in its place. What's worse - I was being taken to task and told that I was incorrect. Once I showed the paperwork that proved it was their error, no apologies were made, only arguments, except for Michelle.

Michelle is forced to smooth over the errors and the nastiness of her office mate. That woman should be fired.

I never got to see the doctor. I will not go back.
