I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The only problem is the long wait in the waiting room to see the doctor. Dr. Antler Staff is exceptional and will always go out of the way for the patient,

First off, whoever answers the phones can be extremely nasty and not helpful at all. Every time I have been I have waited well over an hour between the waiting room and exam room. The doctor literally told me he didn't think anything was wrong with me although I was complaining about pain for months. I would just get another pill and told to come back in six weeks when I was suffering daily. He also seemed very reluctant to give me diagnostic tests, even when I had to research them myself and ask for them. That made me extremely uncomfortable so I went to another doctor just once and was told I needed major surgery and should've had it months before. Also, Antler set me up with an anesthesiologist (for endoscopy) not covered in my insurance which caught me with a $4,000.00 bill. Don't waste your money and time here!
