They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. It was fairly current, nothing special though.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
