Went there for a cannabis medical doctor, to get a state cannabis card, all almost good, until after 3 months, We needed to get recertified. Then they wanted $100.00 for another 3 months, which they said they mentioned verbally, but not on paperwork. People do forget, but on paperwork, its documented. Then after 6 months they want another $100.00, which wasn't mentioned either, and they said they did, but again, not on any documentation, that was given to patient. Now we have to find another doctor, and find out why, this doctor didn't do and say what they were supposed to, which they should have put on paperwork, the procedures, from the beginning and on the patients paperwork, while they were there. Very Very Disappointed. It's all about Money. Recreational Marijuana is going to be legal soon. Then these doctors that are ripping people off, will lose a lot of money. which they don't deserve. Bad enough we have The Coronavirus.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
